The 40-year-old factory worker was kept in the heat stroke chamber till Tuesday and on Wednesday morning he was shifted to another chamber Even though his health got worse, he died on the same day at 3 pm.

Intense Delhi Heatwave Claims Life of Factory Worker: As Delhi hit the hottest day of this year the other day, just the next day a 40-year-old factory worker died due to severe heatstroke on Wednesday.
This is the first time this year that someone has died due to heatstroke in Delhi.
The 40-year-old man was from Bihar and he used to work in Delhi at a factory that produces pipeline fittings. As per reports, the patient was brought to the Ram Manohar Lohia hospital by his roommate and other staff.
He was admitted to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital on Monday and was in treatment for 2 days, a doctor said when he was admitted his body temperature was above “107 degrees Fahrenheit.”
The doctor further said, “He was living in a room with no cooler or fan and developed a very high fever.”

The man was working in Delhi for more than 5 years.
The patient was kept in the heat stroke chamber till Tuesday and on Wednesday morning he was shifted to another chamber Even though his health got worse, he died on the same day at 3 pm.
To offer people who are affected by heatstroke, the Health Minister has advised the government hospitals to keep two beds set aside for heatstroke patients and five beds at the LNJP Hospital.
Health Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj told the press, “In view of the ongoing heatwave conditions, 26 government-run hospitals will reserve two beds each for patients while five beds will be reserved at LNJP Hospital.”
As per the reports from the hospital, 6 to 7 people were admitted due to a cause of heatstroke last week, and among them, 2 of them are still under treatment.
As the temperature in Delhi keeps on rising more cases of heatstroke patients started appearing. As per the reports, almost 20 cases of heatstroke were seen last week.
