Instagram user @asmagray9 shared the reel on her account depicting the entire recipe and process of the egg halwa. It is usually sweet treats, right? But someone decided to mix eggs into a dessert.

The video of a woman cooking halwa, which has gathered more than 15 lakh views and 21,000 likes. In the caption, the user has written the ingredients for this dish.

To make egg halwa, she uses six eggs, a cup of sugar, a cup of dry milk, a cup of ghee or butter, and a cup of cream.

Upon seeing this egg-based dessert online, netizens couldn't believe what they saw. One user posted, "Did you just waste 36 grams of protein?" while others were just plain disgusted.

A second user added, “My mom makes it during winters and trust me it is not what y’all are thinking like fact it tastes super delicious.”
