After the Supreme Court, now a special CBI court has granted bail to Indrani Mukherjee on Thursday on a surety of Rs 2 lakh.
Indrani Mukerjea, who has been in Mumbai's Byculla Women's Jail for the last six years in connection with the murder of her daughter Sheena Bora, has finally got a big relief.

They will be released only after depositing a cash amount of Rs 2 lakh. He has been granted bail for two weeks, which starts from today.

Indrani Mukerjea's lawyer Sana Khan said, "As of now, it is a matter of individual liberty and constitutional rights. She has been imprisoned for a very long time without any possibility of the trial beginning or ending in the near future. The last two The trial has been stalled for years. We are very happy that she has got bail."
