The Ghaziabad administration has decided to implement Section 144 from September to October 28 to maintain peace and order. Actually, festivals like Anant Chaturdashi, Chehallum, Navratri, Vijayadashmi, Baravafat, Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti, Deepawali etc. festivals and various examinations are in September-October. In such a situation, the DM has issued this order on Wednesday to maintain peace and order in the district. This order will be effective till October 28.
During section 144, five or more persons will not be able to gather at one place. Along with this, processions and demonstrations will also be banned during this period. People will not be able to organize any kind of religious, political, and cultural program without permission. It will be mandatory to take permission of ADM or SDM for the event. At the same time, loudspeakers cannot be used from 10 pm to 6 am. Not only this, no person will use loudspeakers within a radius of 100 meters of the examination center.

Anant Chaturdashi on 9th September, Vishwakarma Puja on 17th September, Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October, Navratri starting from 26th September, which is going to last till 5th October, Mahanavami on 4th October, Vijayadashami on 5th October, 8 Eid-e-Milad on October 23, Narak Chaturdashi on October 24, Diwali on October 24, Govardhan Puja on October 26 and Bhaiya Dooj on October 27. During this many exams are also going to be held.
