In the 69000 teacher recruitment case, the state government got a big shock from the Allahabad High Court.
The court has said that appointments should not be made on any post other than 69000 posts and un-advertised vacancies should not be filled in any case.

Allahabad High Court has stayed the ongoing selection process in the matter of giving 6800 seats to the reserved category in the un-advertised 19000 posts of 69000 assistant teacher recruitment. This order of the court has dealt a big shock to the government.
Justice Rajiv Joshi has given this order on the petition of Alok Singh and others. The court has also directed all the parties to file their replies by July 18 in this case. Candidates say that in this recruitment, only 3.80 percent reservation has been given to OBC category instead of 27 percent. Similarly, only 16.2 percent reservation was given to SC category instead of 21 percent, which is completely wrong because reservation scam has happened in about 19000 seats in this recruitment process.
The court said that the government cannot recruit on a single seat without issuing an advertisement. The original advertisement for this recruitment is 69000 Assistant Teacher Recruitment. In such a situation, not a single seat can be appointed in addition to these advertised posts.
