Important instructions issued regarding the admit card of UPSC Civil Services Main Examination
The successful candidates in the interview round will be appointed to administrative posts in various All India Services and Central Civil Services including IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS and IRTS.
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the admit card for the main examination of Civil Services. UPSC has released the e-admit card for the civil services main exam 2022 on its website. Candidates who have cleared the UPSC CSE 2022 preliminary examination will be able to appear in this examination. In such a situation, the candidates who are going to give the UPSC CSE Main exam this year can download the UPSC CSE Main admit card from these two websites upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in.
Candidates whose photograph is not clearly visible on the UPSC CSE Main e-Admit Card should carry a passport size photograph at the examination center to appear in the UPSC CSE Main examination. Photographs (one for each session) will have to be carried. Regarding the admit card, UPSC has issued instructions saying that if any candidate misuses the admit card, then in this case the entire responsibility will be of the candidate. UPSC Civil Services main exam is to be conducted on 16th and 25th September.
UPSC CSE Main Exam will be written. The subjects prescribed in the written examination will consist of 9 papers of traditional essay type, out of which two papers will be of qualifying nature. Thus the marks obtained by the candidates in the main examination (written part as well as interview) will determine their final ranking. Whereas the candidates who qualify the UPSC CSE Mains exam will be shortlisted for the interview round. Explain that the interview round will be of 275 marks. The successful candidates in the interview round will be appointed to administrative posts in various All India Services and Central Civil Services including IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS and IRTS.

1. First of all candidates go to the official website upsc.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the link 'e-admit card: Civil services (main) exam' under 'White's new' section. 3. On the new webpage, click on Click Here.
4. Read the instructions carefully, click on Yes.
5. Now login using the credentials.
6. With this, the admit card will appear on the screen, download it.
