Stellar Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja knows no bounds. The player hasregained the No.1 spot in the latest ICC Test Rankings for all-rounders. This happened after the 33 year old’s ground breaking performance in the recently concluded two-match Test series against Sri Lanka.
In the first match of the series in Mohali, Jadeja smashed an unbeaten 175 before India decided to declare the innings. Though he couldn’t continue his victory oriented demeanour, the all rounder ,in the second match at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium of Bengaluru scored 4 & 22 and had bowling figures of 0/15 & 1/48. But the battle was won, as India emerged victorious in both the games against the Sri Lanka National Cricket Team, thus dominating the sports ground in the Cricket Universe.
Jason Holder from West Indies has made it to the second spot in the ICC Test Rankings for all-rounders. Jadeja, now has 385 rating points whereas Jason Holder has 357 points, thus making it to the second spot. Ravichandran Ashwin held on to his third place among all-rounders and continued to dominate the bowler’s list by being Number 2 in that.
In the ODI List, legendary Indian Cricketer Virat Kohli remained at the 2nd position, whereas Rohit Sharma fell down to the fourth position.
