It also has a 16 bed mini hospital, operation theatre, 64 slice CT scan machine, emergency and gas turbine system for ultrasound and digital X-ray etc. It has RAN-401 3D Air Surveillance System. For self protection, there is a Kavach Coffe decoy system and a Torpedo decoy system. It has AK-360 close weapon system and remote control gun facilities. There is a kitchen for the sailors with a capacity of 16 thousand rotis and six thousand idlis in a day. Its range is up to 3900 km. That is, it can travel from Cochin to Brazil without refueling. It has been prepared at a cost of 20 thousand crores.
