Horrific accident on Kanpur Lucknow Highway, six vehicles collided together

A dumper coming at a speed of 80 km per hour rammed into a private bus parked in the Sohramau area on the Kanpur-Lucknow highway on Sunday morning. The bus went into Khanti, while the dumper rammed into four other vehicles when it went in the other direction. In the accident, 15 people, including two women traveling in the bus, were injured. All have been admitted to a private hospital in Lucknow. The condition of the girls is serious.

According to the information received, there is a warehouse of the online shopping company in Kati Bagiya of Banthara, Lucknow. The warehouse bus works daily to bring and drop laborers from other villages of the Sadar area and the highway to the warehouse. At eight o'clock on Sunday morning, a bus carrying laborers from Sadar area surrounded the road to pick up a laborer near Bajehra village of Sohramau. Meanwhile, Maurang Lada dumper going from Kanpur towards Lucknow collided from behind. The collision was so strong that the bus went into Khanti breaking the paan gumti and the dumper crossed the divider and went in the direction from Lucknow to Kanpur.

Meanwhile, the trolley, mini truck and dumper and loader going from Lucknow to Kanpur collided from behind. 15 people, including bus rider Shivani and Bhavna, were injured. Those who have been admitted to SR Hospital in Alambagh, Lucknow. The condition of both the girls is serious. After the accident, there was a huge jam on the highway. Due to which the vehicles came out from the service route. After removing the damaged vehicles from the crane, the traffic was made normal after about five hours. During this, the police force of Sohramau, Ajgain and Banthara police station was present.
