Hindu side will go to Supreme Court against the verdict of Varanasi Court
During the hearing held in Varanasi court on Friday, Sudhir Tripathi, counsel for the Hindu side, said that we demand that the Shivling should be scientifically investigated by carbon dating or any other method. At the same time, the Masjid side opposed the carbon dating in the last hearing.

The Hindu side is now preparing to move the Supreme Court against the verdict of the Varanasi Court in the Gyanvapi case. Actually, the Hindu side is not satisfied with the decision of the Varanasi Court in this matter. The court said that any kind of survey in the Vazukhana would be in violation of the order of the Supreme Court. In such a situation, we will go to the Supreme Court against the order of the Varanasi Court. Many of our applications are before the court. The next date is October 17, then the court will decide how the hearing of the case will go ahead. At the same time, Raees Ahmed Ansari, the lawyer for the Muslim side, said that during the hearing, we had referred to the Supreme Court's order in the court. Any kind of survey or carbon dating would have been in violation of the Supreme Court order. If we are given a chance, we will prove that it is a fountain.
The Varanasi Court on Friday ruled not to conduct carbon dating of the alleged Shivling found in the Gyanvapi Masjid premises. The court rejected the application for carbon dating of the alleged Shivling. At the same time, the court said that the order of the Supreme Court should not be disobeyed. Four of the 5 parties had demanded a scientific investigation by the ASI of the alleged Shivling. The hearing in this case was completed on 11th. The Masjid side argued that there is a fountain and not a Shivling. 1 in 5 Hindu parties opposed the scientific examination of the alleged Shivling.
During the hearing held in Varanasi court on Friday, Sudhir Tripathi, counsel for the Hindu side, said that we demand that the Shivling should be scientifically investigated by carbon dating or any other method. At the same time, the Masjid side opposed the carbon dating in the last hearing. In this case, the argument of the Masjid side is that the order of the Supreme Court that the entire Vazukhana should be sealed, the order of the survey will be in violation of the order of the Supreme Court. We just want the scientific survey to know how old is the Shivling. If the court will form a committee of experts for the survey today, then we will approve it. The court appointed Ajay Mishra as the court commissioner and ordered a survey of the Shringar Gauri temple in the Gyanvapi mosque courtyard.
