The advocates of the Hindu side, citing the Kashi Vishwanath Temple Act, said that the entire Gyanvapi complex is the Vishwanath temple area. In the Deen Mohammad case, only prayers have been allowed under the domes. Ownership has not been given yet.

It was said in the Allahabad High Court that the entire Gyanvapi campus is the Vishwanath temple area. Advocates Harishankar Jain and Vishnu Jain of the Hindu side said this in their arguments during the hearing on the petition of Anjuman Intejamia Masjid Committee against the demand for permission for regular worship of Shringar Gauri in the court of Justice JJ Munir. He said that the civil court does not have the right to hear the case if there is a dispute under the Waqf Act.
The case can be heard only in the Waqf Tribunal (Tribunal), but the dispute between Muslims can be heard in the Waqf Act, the Waqf Tribunal does not have the right to hear the dispute between Hindu-Muslim. The advocates of the Hindu side, citing the Kashi Vishwanath Temple Act, said that the entire Gyanvapi complex is the Vishwanath temple area. In the Deen Mohammad case, only prayers have been allowed under the domes. Ownership has not been given yet.
Shringar Gauri is being worshiped since before independence, so the worship cannot be stopped. Stopping worship by DM Varanasi during Ramjanmabhoomi dispute is a violation of constitutional rights. The subordinate court has rightly canceled the objection of the Muslim side on the maintainability of the suit related to the right of worship of the opposition litigants. The petition deserves to be dismissed.
The Hindu side can conclude its arguments tomorrow. The hearing may be completed in a day or two. The hearing lasted for about an hour on Wednesday. The hearing will continue on Thursday as well. The Intejamia Committee has challenged in the High Court the decision regarding the rejection of the application from the District Judge's Court on 12 September 2022. In this, 10 people, including the five women who filed the case in 3 courts of Varanasi, have been made parties.
