Hijab Controversy : Protests in support of wearing hijab from Kashmir to Madhya Pradesh
Protests have started in different parts of the country in support of girls and against those who stop Muslim girls from going to college wearing hijab.

After showing no signs of ending the hijab controversy in Karnataka, this issue seems to be dominating the whole country. Protests have started in different parts of the country in support of girls and against those who stop Muslim girls from going to college wearing hijab.
There have been several anti-hijab protests in the past few days, but they were confined to the parts of Karnataka. Protests have also taken place in other states of the country to support the right of Muslim girls to wear the hijab.
In a private college in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, girls wearing hijabs protested by playing football and cricket. At Delhi's Shaheen Bagh, which is known to be the epicenter of the pan-India CAA-NRC protest, women led a march in support of hijab-wearing girls.
In Kashmir on Wednesday, February 9, National Conference (NC) members of parliament – Farooq Abdullah, Hasnain Masoodi, and Muhammad Akbar Lone – staged a walkout in the Lok Sabha, accusing the Karnataka government of mishandling the hijab controversy.
