High Court defers hearing of Punjab and Haryana-Delhi Police dispute till Tuesday; Bagga says, 'I will not be afraid'

The ruckus continues in the case of Delhi BJP leader Tajinder Bagga. After returning home, Bagga challenged Arvind Kejriwal. Bagga said that not 1 but 100 FIRs should be made against them, even then they are not afraid. They are fully prepared to fight the legal battle. Here, after the arrest of Bagga, the Punjab Police postponed the hearing in Delhi and Haryana High Court in the matter of detention. The hearing will now take place on Tuesday.

Bagga said- Arvind Kejriwal had said that those who defame Sri Guru Granth Sahib will be put in jail in 24 hours. I am asking why this has not been done till now? The Punjab Government has given two applications in this matter in the High Court. In the first application, there is a demand to keep the CCTV footage related to the case safe. In this, the issue of CCTV footage of Peepli police station and Kurukshetra Highway has been raised with the arrest of Bagga. In the second application, BJP leader Tajinder Bagga and Delhi Police have been demanded to form a party. However, Advocate Satyapal Jain has appeared on behalf of the Delhi Police only yesterday. The Punjab government had initially filed a petition against the Haryana Police. Delhi Police & Haryana Police have filed a reply. They, in their reply, state that as far as Punjab Police personnel are concerned, they've not been detained; they didn't detain anyone & everyone was released: Advocate Puneet Bali, representing Punjab Govt
