Health Experts share risk factors and precautionary measures to control the rising heart related ailments among Young-Adults in India:
Major risk factors and causes of this concerning increase in the number includes, Smoking, Excessive Alcohol Consumption, Obesity, Hypertension, and Diabetes. However, if one is aware of the causes, the risk can be monumentally decreased if appropriate steps are taken timely.

On the occasion of the World Heart Day 2021, experts from all over India have shared their tips to get into the reason, and solution of the exponential increase in the number of people suffering from cardiovascular diseases, and the incremental mortality rate due to them.
According to the World Health Organization, India accounts for a worrying one-fifth of the total number of deaths because of heart-stroke and ischemic heart disease. The numbers are more worrying and unfortunate as a majority of the cases are in younger adults, where almost 40 percent are the ones less than the age of 55. Over the last 26 years, the incidences of heart related death in India has risen by a staggering 34 percent which is a tremendous cause of concern.

These exercises have a remarkable positive influence on people's health. A well balanced diet, and non consumption of alcohol, and no smoking also ensures less to no health ailments.
