Haryana towards the third wave of Corona: 428 cases in a single day, 26 patients from Omicron, 16 in Gurugram alone

Apart from the normal corona cases, the patients of Omicron variant are also increasing in a worrying manner. In the current situation, despite all the government restrictions, the possibility of a third wave of corona in Haryana is increasing.
On Friday, 428 new cases of corona came in Haryana. For the first time in the state in the last 6 months, so many cases have come to the fore within a day. Out of the 428 corona cases found in Haryana on Friday, 280 cases were found in Gurugram alone. Out of 428 patients found in Haryana on Friday, 26 cases are of Omicron variant. Here too Gurugram is at number one and 16 out of 26 patients of Omicron variant have been found there. 5 cases of Omicron variant were found in Karnal, 4 in Kurukshetra and one in Panipat.
The total number of active cases of corona in Haryana has reached 1417. Of these, 901 patients have been kept in home isolation. The positivity rate of corona cases in the state has reached 1.17% while the recovery rate is 98.51%. The fatality rate is 1.30%.
In Haryana, even on Friday, the maximum number of 280 cases of corona were reported in Gurugram alone. Ambala remained at number two where 30 patients were found. 26 in Faridabad, 23 in Panchkula, 12 in Karnal, 11 in Sonipat, 8 in Panipat, 8 in Rohtak, 6 in Kurukshetra, 5-5 in Yamunanagar and Jhajjar, 4 in Mahendragarh, 2-2 in Hisar and Rewari and Fatehabad, One patient each was found in Sirsa, Nuh, Bhiwani and Jind.
