Today, along with Ravi Yoga, there is also auspicious and Shukla Yoga.

According to the Hindu calendar, Hartalika Teej is celebrated on Bhadrapada Shukla Tritiya. Goddess Parvati, Lord Shiva and Ganesha are worshiped on this day. Teej Puja Timings: 05:58 AM to 08:31 AM Afternoon Puja Timings: 11:56 AM to 12:47 PM Takaravi Yoga: Today 05:58 AM to 11:50 PM, then the next morning 03:31 am to 05:58 amShubh Yoga: From today morning till 12:05 pm, after that Shukla Yoga starts.

After this, first of all worship Ganesh ji with Akshat, red flower, durva, betel nut, betel leaf, kumkum, sandalwood, incense, lamp etc. Then offer flowers, Akshat, Belpatra, Gangajal, cow's milk, Shami leaves, honey, sugar etc. to Lord Shiva and worship him. Now worship Mother Parvati. Offer them Akshat, flowers, vermilion, sixteen makeup items, chunari, red saree, mehndi, fruits, sweets etc. After that read Shri Parvati Chalisa, Hartalika Teej Vrat Katha.
Now you can conclude the Pooja with the aarti of Godess Parvati, Lord Shiva and Ganesha , now pray to Godess Parvati for forgiveness and request for the fullfillment of your wishes After that distribute Prasad in your family. Take blessings by gifting 18 makeup items to your mother-in-law or sister-in-law.
On the next morning after sunrise, break the fast by doing prayers. In this way complete the Hartalika Teej fast.
