Harchand Singh Barsat became the new chairman of Punjab Mandi Board
Government has appointed Rajwant Singh Gulli, Gurpreet Singh Bhuchar, Tarsem Singh Kanike, Sandeep Dhaliwal, Sukhwinder Kaur Gehlot, Gurwinder Singh Dhillon and Rasinder Raja as chairman of market committees of Dhuri, Mansa, Tapa, Sadiq, Amloh, Sirhind and Charanthal respectively.
The Punjab government on Saturday appointed chairpersons of six boards and corporations and heads of seven market committees. AAP general secretary Harchand Singh Barsat has been appointed as the chairman of the Punjab Mandi Board, while the party's woman leader from Jalandhar, Rajwinder Kaur Thiyara, has been appointed as the chairman of the Punjab State Container and Warehousing Corporation, according to orders issued by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
Harminder Singh Sandhu was made the chairman of Punjab Scheduled Caste Land Development and Finance Corporation, Ranjodh Hadana as chairman of PEPSU Road Transport Corporation, Capt Sunil Gupta as chairman of Punjab State Ex-Servicemen Corporation and Guninderjit Singh Jawanda as chairman of Punjab Information Communication Technology Corporation.
