Harbhajan Singh announces retirement from all cricket forms

One of the best cricketers India ever had, the off-spinner Harbhajan Singh announced his retirement from all forms of cricket. The cricketer who was commonly known as the 'Turnbanator' ended a 23-year career at a peak level.

In his career over a large span, Harbhajan has been a part of 103 Test matches, 236 ODIs, and 28 T20Is in which he took 417, 227, and 25 wickets respectively. He was India's first-ever bowler to take a Test match hat-trick. He also played an unparalleled role in helping India win both the 2007 T20 World Cup and the 2011 Cricket World Cup.

Apart from his sportsman abilities, Harbhajan's name is often promulgated as a celeb who's always open and speaks his mind. Once, he called the Australian cricketer Darren Lehmann if he was pregnent pointing out his huge stomach. Players should not have such huge stomaches, he giggled while recalling this incident.

Harbhajan was an active player this year for the Kolkata Knight Riders of the Indian Premier League. Some sources have revealed that he might be taking up the role of a coach for the next IPL, but there hasn't been a surity over it.
