Gyanvapi Case: Muslim side's petition dismissed, court considers case as hearable, next hearin

Civil Judge Fast Track Court (Senior Division) Mahendra Kumar on Thursday on the application of International General Secretary of Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh Kiran Singh for handing over the possession of Gyanvapi premises to Lord Adi Vishweshwar and giving him the right to see and worship the Shivling found there. Pandey's hearing was held in the court. Arguments on behalf of the temple and the mosque were completed on whether the case is hearable in the court or not (sustainability). Muslim side's petition rejected, Varanasi court considered the matter as hearable. Now the hearing on this will be held on December 2.

In the Gyanvapi case, the Varanasi court has rejected the petition of the Muslim side. The court has considered that case as maintainable and dismissed the petition on this basis. It was insisted on behalf of the Muslim side that the petition of the Hindu side in the Gyanvapi case should not be heard, but the court has made it clear that hearing on this petition is possible.

For this reason, the petition of the Muslim side has been rejected. Hindu side's lawyer Anupam Divedi told Aaj Tak that the next date has been kept on December 2 when the hearing will start in this case. Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh's Executive President Santosh Singh said that this is our big victory, now after the hearing our demands will also be accepted, this is the hope.
