Gyanvapi Case: Hearing in Gyanvapi case will be held today
This trust has been formed to look into the cases related to Gyanvapi in the court and decide the future course of action. The cost of hearing the cases will also be met by the trust itself.

Hearing in Varanasi's Gyanvapi Temple and Maa Shringar Gauri case will be held in the District Court today. The matter will be heard in the court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh at 2 pm today. The hearing in the same case was also held on July 4, during which the Muslim side had put forward its arguments on 52 points in the court. In the hearing to be held today, the Muslim side will put forward the legal aspect related to Gyanvapi before the court. It will be argued on behalf of the Muslim side that the Places of Worship Act (Special Provisions), 1991 is applicable in the Gyanvapi case. Meaning, no change can be made in the condition of religious places at the time of independence in 1947.
After completing the hearing of the case, the court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh will pronounce the order on the demand of worship-worship and saving the Deities of the deities. On the order of the Supreme Court, the court is hearing the arguments of Hindu and Muslim sides. Earlier, the hearing was held on July 4. Then the Muslim side had put forward its arguments on 51 points of the Hindu side.
The Hindu side has formed a trust named Shri Adi Mahadev Kashi Dharmalay Mukti Nyas. A meeting of this trust was held on Monday evening. Advocate Hari Shankar Jain and his sons Vishnu Shankar Jain, Ranjana Agnihotri were present in the meeting. Advocates of Hindu side Dr. Sohanlal Arya, 4 women litigants of Shringar Gauri trial and other members of the trust were involved.
