In the Gujarat assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has come in full carpet bombing style. BJP is going to do mega campaign in 93 assemblies in one day today. BJP National President JP Nadda, Home Minister Amit Shah and Chief Ministers of several states and Union Ministers will be seen campaigning together in Ahmedabad today. JP Nadda will campaign in Nikol, Amit Shah in Sabarmati, Hemant Biswa Sarma in Naroda, Jairam Thakur in Vejalpur, Devendra Fadnavis in Maninagar, Manoj Tiwari in Bapunagar, Arjun Ram Meghwal in Danilimda and Gajendra Singh Shekhawat in Asarwa.
Today, the seats on which BJP is going to do mega campaign, there are elections in the second phase, but by placing its star campaigners in these areas, BJP has shown how important the Gujarat election is for it.
Gujarat will go to polls in two phases on December 1 and December 5 and the counting of votes will take place on December 8. In the first phase, polling will be held in the areas of Saurashtra, Kutch and South Gujarat. In the second phase, polling will be held on 93 seats in North Gujarat and Central Gujarat.
