Gold-Silver rate update: Sudden dip in gold price ahead of Akshaya Tritiya

Gold-Silver rate update: Sudden dip in gold price ahead of Akshaya Tritiya

Gold-Silver rate update: Gold on Monday closed on a decline of Rs80 per gram and slipped at the price of Rs 60,629 per 10 grams. The gold on Monday morning opened at the rate Rs 60,709 with a fall Rs171 per 10 grams. While the rate of Silver closed at Rs 75,530 per kg with a fall of Rs 40 as comparison to opening price. Silver on Monday morning opened with a fall of Rs299 and touched the level of Rs 75570 per kg.

The fall in yellow metal brings respite among public ahead of wedding season and seasonal festivals like Akshaya Tritiya. It is estimated that this Akshaya Tritiya gold is crossed the 65K mark which is much more than the all-time high rate.

Gold, Silver on IBJA

According to the website of the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association, today the rate of gold has closed at the level of Rs 60629 per 10 grams. Gold on its opening price on Monday registered a fall 171 and opened at the rate of Rs 60,709 per 10 grams.

At the same time, it had closed at the level of Rs 60880 per 10 grams on the previous trading day(Thursday). Thus, today evening gold closed with a fall of Rs 80 per 10 grams. Gold is currently selling cheaper than its all-time high by about Rs 251 per 10 grams. Gold made its all-time high on April 13, 2023. At that time gold had gone up to the level of Rs 60880 per ten grams.

Whereas today the rate of silver is opened at Rs 75570 per kg with a fall Rs 299 per kg. Silver had closed at the rate of 75869 per kg on the previous trading day(Thursday). Thus the difference between morning and evening rate is RS 40 per kg. Silver closed at Rs 75,530 per kg on Monday evening. On Monday evening the rate of silver is trading at Rs 4450 cheaper rate of from all-time high.

Gold on MCX

Know at what rate gold is being traded on MCX in the morning Gold is being traded rapidly on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). The futures trade in gold for June 5, 2023, is trading at a level of Rs 60,500.00 with a gain of Rs 171.00. On the other hand, the futures trade of silver on May 5, 2023, is trading at a level of Rs 75,928.00 with a gain of Rs 251.00.

Gold cheaper by Rs251 and silver by Rs 4450 from all-time high

With this boom, gold is being sold cheaper by about Rs 251 per 10 grams than its all-time high. Earlier, gold made its all-time high on April 13, 2023. At that time gold had gone up to the level of Rs 60880 per ten grams. On the other hand, silver is getting cheaper than its highest level at the rate of Rs 4450 per kg. The all-time high level of silver is Rs 79980 per kg.

Gold, silver at international market

Know at what rate gold is being traded in the international market Gold is being traded rapidly in the international market. In the US, gold is trading up by $ 5.65 at a rate of $ 2,008.31 an ounce. On the other hand, silver is trading at a level of $ 25.41 an ounce with a fall of $ 0.09.
