Gold and Silver Rates Today On October 14: After an increase in the gold rate the previous day, the gold price today in India has remained constant.
On Monday, October 14, the 22-carat gold price today is priced at Rs 71,200 per gram while the 24-carat gold price today is valued at Rs 77,670 per 10 grams.
The gold rate today for 22-carat and 24-carat today has remained stable in the last 24 hours.
On Sunday, October 13, the 22-carat gold rate yesterday was priced at Rs 71,200 per 10 grams while the 24-carat gold rate in India stood at Rs 77,670 per 10 grams.
Meanwhile, the gold rate for 22-carat per gram stands at Rs 7,137 and the gold price for 24-carat is valued at Rs 7,784 per gram.
The silver rate today in India is valued at Rs 97,000 per kilogram, the silver price has also remained unchanged compared to the previous day’s price.
In the MCX, the gold futures contracts were quoted for Rs 76,325 per 10 gm with an increase of Rs 1,028 while the silver futures were trading at Rs 91,730 per kg with a hike of Rs 1426.

The last big fluctuation in gold and silver rates was noted in July after the announcement of the Union Budget by the Indian government.
The Union Budget which was introduced on the 23rd of July reduced the excise duty taxes which are imposed on gold and silver rate from 15% to 6%, this caused the gold rate in India to decline by Rs 4,000 on the next day.
