The 22-carat gold price today has dropped by Rs 940 and the 24-carat gold price today is down by a massive decrease of Rs 1,030 in the last 24 hours.

On Tuesday, July 23rd Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced the Union Budget in the parliament in which she reduced the excise duty imposed on gold and silver by 15 % to 6 %.

The 22-carat gold price in Kolkata is valued at Rs 64,000 per 10 grams, a drop by Rs 940 from yesterday's price while the 24-carat gold on July 23 amounts to Rs 69,820 per 10 grams which is a drop of Rs 1,030.

Meanwhile, the 22-carat gold price in Mumbai today is evaluated at Rs 64,000 per 10 grams and the 24-carat gold rate in Mumbai per 10 grams costs Rs 69,820 per 10 grams.

In Chennai, the gold rate today is valued at Rs 64,300 per 10 grams which is a massive drop of Rs 1,190 compared to yesterday's price while the 24-carat gold rate in Chennai today is priced at Rs 70,150 per 10 grams which is a decrease of Rs 1,300.

In Hyderabad, the 22-carat gold rate is priced at Rs 64,000 per 10 grams, the same price in Kolkata and Mumbai while the 24-carat gold price is valued at Rs 69,820 per 10 grams.

The 22-carat gold rate in Bangalore today is valued at Rs 64,000 10 grams while the 24-carat gold rate on July 23 costs Rs 69,820 per 10 grams.
