Gaurav Taneja got bail late Saturday night, arrested for gathering crowd at metro station

YouTuber Gaurav Taneja aka Flying Beast has got bail. The popular content creator was arrested by the Noida Police on Saturday night after a disturbance at a birthday party organized by him and his wife Ritu Rathi at a metro station in Noida. A stampede-like situation arose after hundreds of his fans reached the spot, after which the Noida Police arrested Gaurav. However, he got bail late on Saturday night.

He was arrested for violating section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), which is in force in Noida and also for violating section 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant).

An official of Noida Sector 49 police station told the media, “Gaurav Taneja was arrested on Saturday evening after his birthday party at the Sector 51 metro station of the Aqua Line created a ruckus. He was brought to the police station for questioning and was released on bail late in the night. The investigation of the matter is still going on.”
