Former Pakistan PM Imran Khan got anticipatory bail till June 25
According to a Geo News report on Thursday, the Peshawar High Court (PHC) has granted bail to Khan on a surety of Rs 50,000.

A Pakistani court on Thursday granted bail to former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Imran Khan has been granted anticipatory bail for three weeks in connection with the violence during the 'Azadi March' organized by his Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party. There were 14 cases registered against Imran in connection with arson and vandalism by his supporters during the party's rally.
Chief Justice of PHC Kaiser Rashid accepted the petition. Imran Khan personally attended the hearing. In the petition, Khan's lawyer Babar Awan said that 14 FIRs have been registered against his client, accusing him of inciting violence, the Express Tribune reported.
On May 27, Islamabad Police had registered separate cases against 150 people, including PTI President Imran Khan and party leaders Asad Umar, Asad Qaiser, on charges of arson and sabotage in Islamabad during the long march on May 25.
Imran Khan was removed from office via a motion of no confidence in April, but he refused to accept the result, alleging that the US was involved in toppling his government. PTI President Imran Khan has been protesting since then and has been demanding fresh elections.
