First hearing in court in Ashirwad apartment fire case, 2 committees formed, reasons for accident will be revealed

Hearing was held in the court of Jharkhand High Court Acting Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice Deepak Roshan in the Dhanbad fire case. During the hearing, the Advocate General told the court that two committees have been constituted to probe the entire matter. The committee will find out the reasons behind such a big accident. The committee will also examine to what extent the prescribed standards regarding fire safety are being followed in the state.

After this, the court directed all the Deputy Commissioners, SSPs and Municipal Commissioners of the state to prepare a report to deal with the fire in their area and check whether the rules of fire safety are being followed in the buildings or not. Present. Let us tell you that the Jharkhand High Court is hearing the matter taking suo moto cognizance of the Dhanbad fire incident. The next hearing has been scheduled for February 17.

Significantly, everyone is shocked by the incident of fire that broke out at around 6:30 pm on Tuesday evening at Ashirwad Apartment located on Jorafatak Shakti Mandir Road, Dhanbad. In this accident, 14 people have died due to suffocation and burns. Apart from this, 14 patients injured in the accident have been discharged from the hospital, while four women with burns have been shifted to ICU as their condition is serious. This matter is also serious because two major fire incidents have taken place in the city within just two weeks. Earlier, six people had died in a fire incident at CC Hazra Hospital.
