Fire breaks out in a spa center in Noida

The fire broke out due to a short circuit in the spa center operated in a complex of Gijore located in Sector-53. In the accident, the female manager of the spa and a youth got trapped in the center. Due to the fire, smoke spread all over the center. Due to which the woman and the youth died due to suffocation. Sector-24 Kotwali police, who reached the information, took the body in possession and sent it for post-mortem. The case is being investigated in Noida.

Chief Fire Officer (CFO) Arun Kumar Singh said that there is a spa center named Jacuzzi on the second floor of the Ashirwad Complex in Gijore, Sector-53. The fire was reported at the spa center at 5:25 pm on Thursday. Firefighters who arrived with four vehicles on information, with the help of local police, brought the fire under control in one and a half hours. The fire is suspected to have been caused by a short circuit.
