FIR registered against four in the case of conspiracy to murder Union Minister of State for Home Nityanand

Based on the viral video, the police of Hajipur Nagar police station have registered an FIR against four youths in connection with the conspiracy to murder Union Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai. Along with this, the two arrested accused have been sent to jail in judicial custody by the police of Nagar police station. A special police team under the direction of SP Manish is probing the matter thoroughly.

Police under-inspector Aradhana Kumari of Nagar police station filed an FIR against Madhav Kumar alias Madhav Jha, son of Avinash Jha, resident of Nagar police station area, Veer Kumar Singh alias Aryan Singh, resident of Hathsarganj, Abhishek Kumar, son of Raja Babu Umesh Ram, son of Shiv Shankar Sharma.

Taking quick action in the light of the registered FIR, the police arrested two accused Madhav and Raja Babu and presented them in the court on Wednesday. On the orders of in-charge Chief Judicial Magistrate Manas Kumar, both have been sent to jail in judicial custody. At the same time, in this case, the police team is engaged in raids regarding the arrest of two absconding accused. A special team of police constituted under the direction of Vaishali Police Captain Manish is engaged in a thorough investigation of the case. The security of Union Minister of State for Home Nityananda, who reached Vaishali on Wednesday, has been increased. Along with this, special security arrangements are being made for Nithyananda's participation in the procession on the occasion of Mahashivratri.
