FIFA World Cup: Croatia beat Morocco 2-1 to secure third place
Hakim Zeich captained Morocco as Romain Sass's substitute. He was ruled out early after a 2–0 loss to France in the semi-finals after suffering an injury.

Croatia defeated Morocco 2-1 in the third place match (Croatia vs Morocco) in the FIFA World Cup on Saturday. In which Mislav Orsik made a tremendous strike in 42 minutes, which proved to be the winning goal. For the 2018 runners-up, Josco Guardiol had given the lead in the seventh minute with a superb header, but Achraf Dari equalized for Morocco two minutes later.
Croatia coach Zlatko Dalić made five changes to the team that lost 3–0 to Argentina in the semi-finals. Lovro Major was brought into midfield in place of Marcelo Brozovic.
