Fake bomb informer arrested in flight going from Delhi to Pune
According to the police, a call was received on Thursday (January 12) at around 6.30 pm that there was a bomb in the aircraft number SG 8938. After this information, the administration came in a panic and the aircraft was investigated.

On Thursday, the police arrested the person who gave fake information about a bomb in a flight going from Delhi to Pune at Indira Gandhi International Airport (Delhi IGI Airport). After this information, the flight was stopped and the passengers were disembarked and checked. The flight was moved to Isolation Bay on Friday afternoon.
According to the police, a call was received on Thursday (January 12) at around 6.30 pm that there was a bomb in the aircraft number SG 8938. After this information, the administration came in a panic and the aircraft was investigated. However, an officer had given a statement during this time that this call seems to be fake and the investigation of the matter is going on. After the hoax call, the aircraft was checked for security. According to the police, the plane was not found at that time.
Sharing the information, DCP Ravi Kumar Singh of Indira Gandhi International Airport has said that a person named Abhinav Prakash has been arrested in this case. He is a Trainee Ticketing Agent in British Airways. According to Airport DCP Ravi Kumar Singh, accused Abhinav Prakash has revealed that his friends Rakesh and Kunal went on a Manali road trip and during this they befriended two girls. Both the girls were going to Pune by SpiceJet flight. His friends spoke to him from Delhi to get his opinion on the plan to delay the flight.
The three then hatched a plan to make a false bomb call to the call center of SpiceJet Airlines. Abhinav Singh has been arrested under this case while search is on for others.
Accused disclosed that his friends Rakesh & Kunal went on a road trip to Manali & became friends with 2 girls. Both girls were departing to Pune via the SpiceJet flight. His friends told him to find out a plan to somehow delay their departure from Delhi: DCP, IGI Airport (2/3)
