Exclusive! Director Rahul Khan On Sidharth Shukla, “He Was A Superstar”

On September 2, TV actor Sidharth Shukla passed away in the morning. The news of his demise sent shockwaves across the nation. His family, friends and fans are shattered to learn that their favourite person is no more. Many celebrities and friends have shared how amazing Sid was, and they can't believe that he's no more. Beti Hindustan Ki Director Rahul Khan, who also works as an AD for Bigg Boss OTT, says Sidharth was an inspiring personality.

Rahul Khan says that he saw Sidharth Shukla a few days ago on the sets of Bigg Boss OTT with Shehnaaz Gill. Khan says, "Sidharth looked very happy. He and Shehnaaz Gill looked cheerful together and shot the Bigg Boss OTT episode happily. I didn't get to speak to him, but I could see the aura he had. He was a superstar and thousands of people loved him. It breaks my heart to know that it will be the last time I saw Sidharth. I still can't believe he's not with us anymore."

Rahul Khan says that Sidharth was like a brother to many people. He inspired lives and showed the world how hard work would make you successful. On his Facebook page, the director wrote, "brother we always miss you you are a very good actor and very good Brother. Rip ???? ???? Can't believe it after watching."

Meanwhile, Sidharth's funeral is held in Mumbai today at 12 pm. Yesterday, many celebrities like Varun Dhawan, Rajkummar Rao, Rashami Desai, Jasmin Bhasin, Asim Riaz and others visited the late actor's residence to pay their respects.

Actor Aly Goni, who also visited Sidharth Shukla's house last night, shared on Twitter about Shehnaaz Gill. Goni wrote, "Chehra jo humesha haste hue dekha.. khush dekha.. lekin aaj jaisa dekha bass dil toot gaya Broken heart stay strong sana.. #numb #heartbroken (The face I always saw smiling, happy...but how I saw it today, it broke my heart.)."
