Encounter in Kashmir: Encounter in Kashmir Valley for the second consecutive day, one Jaish terrorist killed, another surrounded by security forces

A Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist was gunned down by security forces in an encounter that took place for the second consecutive day on Tuesday in Kulgam, South Kashmir. Another terrorist is surrounded. A day earlier on Monday, a Jaish commander Pakistani terrorist was killed by security forces. Two Jaish terrorists have been successful in killing them in 24 hours.
According to the police, the security forces started a siege on the information of the presence of terrorists in Ahwatu village of the district. During this, when the cordon was tight, the hiding terrorists tried to escape by firing, but the security forces did not give them this opportunity. Even after appealing for surrender several times, they did not listen and continued to open fire on the security forces. A day earlier on Monday, Jaish chief Pakistani terrorist Abu Hurera was killed in an encounter in Batpora area. Weapons and grenades were recovered from him. The condition of the jawan and two civilians injured in the encounter is improving. While increasing activity in South Kashmir, terrorists attacked and injured two outside laborers in Pulwama on Saturday night. Since this incident, security forces were taking extra vigil in Pulwama and across South Kashmir. Continuous patrolling is being done in sensitive areas.
