Driver accuses father of main accused of Ankita Bhandari murder case of misdemeanor, case registered against him
The driver told the police that his boss Vinod Arya always asked him to press his feet. One night when he was pressing Arya's feet, Arya tried to misbehave with him. The driver somehow saved himself and freed himself and fled to his home in Chhutmalpur. Recently he was hit by a bike rider after which he started fearing for his life.
Pulkit Arya's father and former BJP leader Vinod Arya, the main accused in the Ankita murder case, has been booked for misdemeanor by his own driver. The driver also alleges that Vinod Arya beat him up and threatened to kill him if he told this to anyone. On the complaint of the driver, a case has been registered against Vinod Arya at Jwalapur police station in Haridwar. Vinod Arya has been booked under sections 377 (unnatural act), 307 (attempt to murder), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC.

SP City Swatantra Kumar told that the driver is a resident of Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh. He has filed a case accusing former BJP leader Vinod Arya of raping and threatening to kill him. The driver has also told that Vinod Arya wants to kill him, so he has demanded immediate strict action against Vinod Arya.
