This is the longest six of the IPL season so far, surpassing Klaasen's 106-m six off Lockie Ferguson earlier in the game.
In the 16th over of RCB's run chase, Natarajan bowled a full-length ball on the pads, and Karthik hit it for a 108-meter six.
With 83 runs from 35 balls at a strike rate of 237.14, Karthik smashed seven sixes and five boundaries.
It was the 38-year-old's third century in his last game for RCB, and third of eight in the two games against Chennai Super Kings, Punjab Kings, and Kolkata Knight Riders respectively.
ICC's T20 World Cup will be played in the United States and the West Indies in June of 2024, and Dinesh Karthik will now aim to keep his spot in India's squad.
