Tight security arrangements have been made from ground to sky. Security is being monitored with 1000 CCTV cameras installed around the Red Fort. Control rooms have been made at many places of these cameras. A large number of policemen are keeping an eye on them 24 hours. Ten thousand policemen have been deployed in the security of Red Fort. The police had taken over the nearby high-rise buildings. The roads around the Red Fort will remain closed from 5 am till the end of the function.
A senior Delhi Police official said that from 12 o'clock on Sunday night, all the borders of Delhi were sealed. On all the borders, the Delhi Police and the police of neighboring states jointly started checking. Vehicles will be allowed to enter Delhi only after strict checking. Senior police officers themselves had gone out on patrol since midnight. SWAT teams have been prepared at many important places to deal with all kinds of situations. The police personnel posted in all the beats and the police station have been asked to keep an eye on every person by continuously patrolling their respective areas.

The gun will block the drone from above and destroy it by changing its path. This time the ditch around the Red Fort will not be filled with water. More than 400 policemen have been deployed to nab the kite-flyers or to ensure that no kites fall into the venue. People flying and selling kites have been made aware.
