During the hearing in the court, Delhi Police said that on the 15th itself, Ansar and Aslam came to know that a yatra was about to leave. After this these people had hatched the entire conspiracy.
In the Jahangirpuri violence case, the Rohini Court has sent two main accused Ansar and Aslam to one-day police custody. Advocate Vikas Verma told that the remaining 12 have been sent to judicial custody (for 14 days). Delhi Police told the court that on April 15, Ansar and Aslam had come to know that a yatra was about to leave and these people had hatched a conspiracy.
A total of 20 people have been arrested so far by the Delhi Police in the Jahangirpuri violence case. Police have also detained 2 minors. So far, 3 pistols and 5 swords have been recovered from the accused.
