The incident happened on Friday morning. This building under construction in Sheesh Mahal in Azad Market, Delhi collapsed in the morning. In which 7 people got trapped in its debris. Fire brigade and police teams are present on the spot for rescue and relief work.
At the same time, on September 5, a massive fire broke out in the textile market in Kucha Natwa area of Chandni Chowk on Sunday night. Soon the fire took a formidable form and engulfed many buildings. The fire from the front of the building reached the shops in the narrow lane behind the building. In such a situation, firefighters had to make a lot of effort to control the fire. However, no one was killed in this fire.
This fire that broke out in the shops of Chandni Chowk was brought under control by 50 fire tenders after about 16 hours. About 150 clothes shops and godowns were burnt in the fire. Traders say that goods worth 100 crores were burnt to ashes. There is a possibility of fire due to short circuit.
