Hundreds of doctors are turning out to be corona positive, but the Delhi government is not in a mood to impose a lockdown yet. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said this. He said that we have no intention of imposing a lockdown in Delhi right now. Tomorrow there is a meeting of DDMA again, in that meeting we will take stock of the situation again with experts that what more needs to be done. We are getting full cooperation from the center as well.
There were speculations that there may be a complete lockdown in Delhi. But on these speculations, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today responded by holding a press conference. The Chief Minister appealed to the people that people should not come out of the house without wearing a mask, do not come out of the house if there is no need, whenever they come out of the house wearing a mask, follow social distancing. If you guys do this then there will be no need to impose lockdown in Delhi.
Talking to the media on Sunday, Arvind Kejriwal said that I too had corona. After medical advice and home isolation, I am fine now. We appeal to the people to follow the guidelines issued for Corona. Wear a mask whenever you go out of the house. Do your contribution in Corona Vaccination. This is the most effective way to avoid the third wave of corona. The Chief Minister said that the government is concerned about the livelihood and employment of the people.
