Delhi Exit Poll 2025 LIVE: On Wednesday, the Delhi Assembly elections were held in a single phase, with poll booths scheduled to close at 6:00 pm. Early trends will start coming in around 6:30 pm, when analysts start putting out their exit poll predictions. Vote counting and announcement of results will be done on February 8.

As of 5:00 pm on Wednesday, voter turnout stood at 57%. The maximum was recorded in the North-East Delhi with 52.73%, while the New Delhi district recorded the lowest turnout at 43.1%. On the Babarpur seat in North-east Delhi, the turnout was 51.74% while Karol Bagh in central Delhi had a turnout of only 39% till 3 pm, the Election Commision said said.

Early trends will be available from 6:30 pm onwards when analysts will be releasing their exit poll predictions. Counting of votes will be carried out on February 8, with the results being declared.

Exit poll predictions are made on the basis of feedback from voters collected by survey agencies immediately after polling. The intention of the exit poll is to mirror the sentiment of the voters ahead of the announcement of the actual results, but their accuracy remains questioned.
Pouring flowers on the occasion, the Election Commission issued a notification on January 22, clarifying that any booth of whatever nature, whether results of any opinion poll or any other survey, impugned through any electronic media, may not be shown during the 48 hours immediately prior to the time for the conclusion of the poll.
