Delhi Court Orders Fresh FIR Against AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal: On Tuesday, the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi ordered authorities to first register an FIR against Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal and other party leaders for the alleged misuse of public funds to erect large advertisement hoardings for the party in Dwarka in 2019. The matter came up for hearing before additional chief judicial magistrate Neha Mittal.

A few weeks later, the order was given against the backdrop after Bharatiya Janata Party had deposed Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party following a decade-long rule in the National Capital.

The Aam Aadmi Party's Arvind Kejriwal recently lost the assembly elections from New Delhi against BJP's Parvesh Verma. He is presently on bail in the Delhi excise policy matter.
