Deepotsav in ayodhya: Artists from eight countries will stage Ramlila in Ayodhya's Deepotsav
The sixth edition of Deepotsav, eager to touch the climax with the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will witness the staging of eight countries' Ramlila. These countries are Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, Russia, Fiji, Trinidad and Tobago and Nepal. Each country's Ramlila troupe will include 12 to 18 artists. Along with Ramlila, the global heritage of Ramnagari will also be paved with the memorial of Rani Ho.

Along with the memory of Sri Ram's Lanka victory from Deepotsav, the universality of Ramnagari and Ramkatha will also be defined. It started with the first edition of Deepotsav in 2017, when after Rama's coronation was staged at Ramakatha Park, artists from Indonesia and Sri Lanka staged various episodes of Ramakatha. Since then it has become a trend to reflect the global coverage of Ramkatha through the presentation of Leela in each edition of Deepotsav.
Trinidad and Tobago, Russia, Sri Lanka, Laos, Indonesia and Cambodia in the second festival, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and the Philippines in the third festival, Trinidad and Tobago, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Fiji and Nepal in the fourth festival. The troupe of Sri Lanka and Nepal performed Ramlila in the fifth Deepotsav.

Today, in the relations between India and South Korea, along with international values and standards, the ancient context of Rani Ho and Raja Suro is also considered decisive. The presence of Kim Jung Suk, wife of the then President of South Korea as the chief guest on the occasion of the second edition of the festival, also gave a new edge to this relationship.
