Decision on Jacqueline Fernandez's bail, actress reaches Delhi's Patiala House Court

Jacqueline's bail plea will be heard in the court. A bail petition has been filed in the court on behalf of the actress. Jacqueline had appeared in the Patiala High Court on October 22 last month, where the court extended her interim bail till November 10, giving relief to her. However, the ED has consistently opposed granting bail to Jacqueline.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has opposed the regular bail plea of actress Jacqueline. The ED says that Jacqueline never cooperated in the investigation and told anything only when the evidence came to the fore. The ED told the court that boyfriend Sukesh had told the actress about his criminal history within a few days of their meeting. Despite this, she went close to Sukesh, while Jacqueline herself is a famous Bollywood actress, who has no shortage of money. The actress also confessed during the investigation that she had asked other people to tamper with the evidence, destroy the evidence.
The ED investigation revealed that Sukesh had given expensive gifts worth several crores to Jacqueline. This includes jewellery, horse, exotic cat and car etc. Several media reports claimed that the thug Sukesh has also presented many valuable gifts to the family members of the actress. Jacqueline was planning to marry Sukesh even after knowing the truth. At present, Sukesh Chandrashekhar is lodged in Tihar Jail, Delhi.
