CRPF prepared a team of 32 women commandos; Will give protection to Shah, Sonia and Priyanka

For the first time in the country, the women commando team of CRPF will be entrusted with the responsibility of security of Home Minister Amit Shah, Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and other VIPs. The team will receive training in VIP Security and will be with dignitaries on several occasions. This also includes the upcoming assembly elections.

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has prepared its first team consisting of 32 women commandos for VIP security. Now these commandos will be entrusted with the security of those elite citizens living in Delhi who have been given Z security cover.

According to sources, these women commandos have completed their 10-week training. In this training, the commandos were taught to complete VIP security duty, fight without weapons, search the body and fire special weapons. The commandos can be posted on duty in January.

Initially, women commandos will be deployed with Amit Shah, Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Rahul Gandhi and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his wife Gursharan Kaur. Due to the high risk profile of these VIPs, they have been provided with advance security. This women commando team will also be given the responsibility of security of a dozen other VIPs receiving Z security.
