In this regard, in the important meeting of the Delhi Disaster Management Authority held on Wednesday, it has been made mandatory to wear masks in public places in Delhi. A fine of Rs 500 has been compulsorily imposed for violating the rule. Although the authority has not yet issued an order to close the school, but in view of the increased cases of Covid, the testing facility and screening have been increased. It is to be known that even before this, to be safe from Covid, the mask itself was said to be the most effective way of protection.
According to the information released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in the morning of 21 April, the number of Covid patients across the country was 2,067, out of which 1009 patients were seen in the capital Delhi alone. The Covid positivity rate in Delhi has been recorded at 5.7 percent.
