Covid 19 Updates : 3,275 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours

Corona vaccine will now be easily available to all people above the age of 12 in the country. Adar Poonawalla, Chief Executive Officer, Serum Institute of India, Pune has clarified that the corona vaccine Covovax is available to everyone above 12 years of age.

Poonawalla tweeted that many of you have asked if Covovax is available for adults. The answer is yes, it is available to everyone above the age of 12." Poonawalla's statement came a day after Poonawalla announced on Twitter that Covovax is now available for children in India.

There has been an increase in corona cases in India in the last 24 hours. According to the Ministry of Health, 3,275 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours, while 3,010 people have been cured and 55 people have died. On the other hand, due to increase in corona cases, active cases have also increased to 19,719.

Preliminary investigation has revealed that there was a fight between the children while playing in the park, after which the matter escalated. An FIR has been registered in the matter under the rioting section. Police has arrested 3 people and 37 people have been detained.
