breaking- Court of Delhi discharges Shah Alam, brother of Tahir Hussain and two others in Delhi Riot Case which cited the failure of investigating agency to conduct a proper investigation

Judge Vinod Yadav discharged three accused which also included Former AAP Councillor Tahir Hussain’s brother Shah Alam, Rashid Saifi, and Shadab in FIR 93/2020. The investigation agency got a failure to conduct a proper investigation by using the latest methods which will surely torment the sentinels of democracy and this was observed by Delhi Court on Thursday while discharging the three accused in the Delhi Riots case.
