Cost of Covid RT-PCR test will be reduced to ₹ 300
The Delhi government on Thursday, January 20, has reduced the prices of the Kovid-19 (COVID-19) test. Now for gold standard RT-PCR test in labs and hospitals, you will have to spend ₹ 300, while for sample collection from home, ₹ 500.

The Delhi government on Thursday, January 20, has reduced the prices of the Kovid-19 (COVID-19) test. Now for gold standard RT-PCR test in labs and hospitals, you will have to spend ₹ 300, while for sample collection from home, ₹ 500.
Apart from this, the cost of less accurate rapid antigen test has been fixed at ₹ 100, which is less than ₹ 300 set by the Delhi government earlier.
The order, signed by Delhi's Principal Health Secretary Manisha Saxena, reads that "all labs/hospitals will display the revised rates at prominent places within 24 hours of this order. This order comes into force with immediate effect."
