Corona Update: Huge increase in new cases of corona, 4270 patients came in the last 24 hours

Corona cases have once again seen an increase in the country. New cases of corona have been increasing and decreasing for several days. Meanwhile, according to the report released by the Ministry of Health today, there has been a huge increase in the cases of corona in the last 24 hours. In the last 24 hours, 4270 new cases have been reported, yesterday this figure was 3962. According to the report, 15 people have also lost their lives during this period.

With the increase in new cases of corona, there has also been a huge increase in active cases. The total active cases now stand at 24,052. There has been an increase of more than 1600 in active cases compared to yesterday. 

According to Dr Sanjay Rai, Professor, Center for Community Medicine, AIIMS, like the second and third waves, now another wave will not knock. The condition of the country is better now.

Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical company Biological E's anti-corona vaccine Corbevax has got DCGI approval. However, this approval has been received in the form of use as a booster dose in case of emergency. The Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) has approved it for people above 18 years of age.
