The Congress party has issued a notification for the election of the President tomorrow i.e. on 22 September. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Friday said that he will definitely contest for the post of Congress President. Gehlot also said that any decision on his successor in the event of his being elected as the Congress president would be taken by the current party president Sonia Gandhi.
